GridClub is a website to inspire children's learning The GridClub Website is a unique and popular website because of its innovative design and fun approach to learning. It is very flexible, being suitable for use in school or at home. Its main use is with 5 to 12 year olds but is enjoyed by children of many ages. Schools are finding the website has so much to offer inquisitive, computer savvy children. When you subscribe you receive a school username and password that provides whole school access to the complete cross-curricula website with over 500 classroom learning activities for ES1, S1, S2 and S3. The site is updated regularly. Its style and design is welcoming, stimulating and motivating. Every activity is underpinned by curriculum links and references. GridClub offers ICT across the curriculum GridClub covers all of the school curriculum plus languages, Internet Safety and social studies and has won many awards for its innovative approach to online learning. The site is designed to appeal directly to children as much as to teachers, parents and carers. It is self-directed learning if you want it to be. Certainly the site is very popular at home and offers excellent homework opportunities.
